  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and anonymous session IDs used for shopping carts.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., to process and deliver your order).

3. Payment Information

Currently, Noon Fish accepts Cash on Delivery (either via UPI or Cash).

Important Notice on Advance Payments:

We do not process, store, or handle any credit card, debit card, or digital payment information via inbuilt website gateways. However, for certain large/custom orders, or to prevent sudden cancellations, we reserve the right to request a partial advance payment (deposit). This is securely handled via a UPI QR code shared through WhatsApp or the website.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners and trusted affiliates.
